To order any items on our website click the 'ADD TO CART' button below each item to add it to your shopping cart. If applicable, you can make your color choices and custom selections at this time by using the appropriate drop down menus. You can keep shopping and adding things to your cart, or you can click the 'VIEW CART' button and click the 'CHECKOUT' button to begin the payment process. All credit card transactions are handled by Paypal's secure server. Shipping costs and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

"Off the rack" is a fashion industry term for items that are ready-to-wear or ready-made and sold in standard sizes. This ideal applies to our cards, invitations and napkins. Just like you would purchase a card in a retail store, these cards, invitations and napkins are all ready to go. The price for off the rack designs is typically lower.

"Personalized" this option is available to all of our cards, including "off the rack". If you see a card or invitation that you would like to add an embellishment or a persons name to, simply send us an email, include the name of the card you're interested in purchasing along with the specific changes you want, for a price quote. Our place cards also fall into this category. The price for off the rack designs is typically a bit higher than our off the rack designs.

"Custom Cards" are our made-to-order line. This typically applies to invitations, but can be used for greeting cards and place cards as well. To order custom cards, please use the contact link for pricing. The price for custom designs varies per job.

Absolutely!!! If you see an item that you want to add something to or switch up the pre-specified colors, please contact us via email. We'll be happy to make adjustments for a nominal fee. Your price will be quoted to you before you make your purchase.

I see color options on a drop down menu, but no photo. Can I see the product before I buy it? TOP
Absolutely!!! For space sake, we've only shown one color option per item. If there is a choice of colors for your item, please email us and we'll be happy to forward a picture of it to you before you decide to make a purchase.

Each order includes the indicated number of handmade greeting cards and/or invitations and an envelope for each card.

Napkins are sold in packs of 20. You will received the indicated number of napkins sealed in a plastic bag.

All custom orders are priced on a per job basis. The price depends on embellishments added, time spent hand painting or making the card. Obviously the more elaborate the card, the more expensive. If you're looking for a personalized touch to one of our cards please contact us via email. We'll be happy to make adjustments for a nominal fee. Your price will be quoted to you before you make your purchase.

When will my order ship? TOP
Your order will typically ship with in 3-5 business days. Customized or personalized orders take a bit longer. If you have any questions about your order, you can always email us at greetingsfromshebelroad@comcast.net.

All of our items ship via the USPS. Most items are shipped within 3 business days of ordering. However, custom orders will take longer due to the custom ordering preparation and process.

Our shipping prices are as follows:
$0.01 to $4.95 = $1.49
$4.96 to $11.95 = $2.49
$11.96 to $29.95 = $4.49
$29.96 to $59.95 = $6.49
$59.96 and up = $9.99

Sales tax will be added for customers in the state of Indiana at the Indiana State sales tax rate of 7%.

Absolutely NOT! No PayPal account is needed to pay for your order. You can use your debit or credit card through PayPal with out having to open an account with them.
